Princess Renner's personal guard, nicknamed the "Loyal Dog"Re-Estize KingdomHumanUnknown
Personality
Passionate and extraordinarily hardworking, he is absolutely loyal to Renner, who saved his life, and trains hard every day without fail. He agonizes over his lack of talent with the sword, yet he is simple and obtuse, entirely unaware of Renner's true nature.
Abilities
- He has no special talent, but hard training has brought him to roughly the level of a gold-rank adventurer by his own estimate, stronger than ordinary Kingdom soldiers. In pure warrior skill he surpasses Succulent of Six Arms
- Original martial art [Limit Breaker - Mind]: removes the brain's limits on the body, raising all his abilities by one more stage. He devised it after life-or-death training with Sebas
- With [Limit Breaker - Mind] and Rigrit's Ring (the "Dragon's Treasure"), a ring made with Wild Magic, he can match a mithril-rank warrior. Gazef lent him the ring during the Demonic Disturbance in the Royal Capital (it once belonged to Rigrit of the Thirteen Heroes, who later gave it to Gazef)
- Wears the pure-white full plate armor Renner gave him, and carries magic bells for unlocking, disarming traps, and detecting hidden doors
History
- An orphan of unknown parentage, he lay dying on a street in the Royal Capital until Renner, passing by, took him in. From then on he was her soldier (background)
- In the Royal Capital he asked Sebas to train him and endured his killing intent. Then, with Sebas and Brain, he raided an Eight Fingers brothel and fought Succulent of Six Arms (Vol. 5). While helping Sebas rescue Tuare he used his original martial art [Limit Breaker - Mind] for the first time, and with Lockmeier defeated Succulent, who was disguised as Tuare (Vol. 6)
- In the massacre on the Katze Plains he watched Gazef die in his duel with Ainz (Vol. 9)
- When the Royal Capital fell, he hid the treasures symbolizing royal authority in the basement of an abandoned warehouse at Renner's request. Returning to the Throne Room, he found the king already dead and was forced to kneel by Demiurge. He then took up Razor Edge to challenge Ainz and was killed by [Grasp Heart] (Vol. 14)
- After being revived, he learned that Renner had become a demon to save him, and decided to become a demon himself and stay by her side forever (Vol. 14)
Trivia
Both his salary and Brain's come from Renner's private allowance; neither is employed by the royal household.
