Aura Bella Fiora
アウラ・ベラ・フィオーラ
Guardian of the 6th Floor (elder twin sister)Great Tomb of NazarickHumanoid · Dark ElfTotal Lv100
Personality
A cheerful, lively, somewhat tomboyish dark elf girl who often dresses in boys' clothes and looks after, and bosses around, her timid younger brother Mare. She and Shalltear are bickering frenemies, and she is as affectionate toward Ainz as toward a beloved elder.
Abilities
- Beast Tamer: commands about a hundred magical beasts (up to level 80), uses support skills to raise Lv80 beasts to level 90, and overwhelms opponents with the power of the "pack"; her own direct combat power is relatively low
- A ranger's exploration, tracking, and stealth abilities; she can "vaguely" sense Ainz even under [Perfect Unknowable]
- Her passive skill "Breath" can influence others' emotions, and combined with shooting skills it lets her hit targets 2 km away with precision
- Has held the World Item Scenes of Nature and Civilization since the latter half of Vol. 3; her weapons are the whip "Queen" and the huge bow "To Your Heart—Zing"
History
- Created by Bukubukuchagama along with her younger brother Mare; manages the 6th Floor, home to the great forest and the arena (Vol. 1)
- Surveyed the Great Forest of Tob over a wide area and built a secret base there (Vol. 2 onward)
- During the Shalltear incident she monitored the battlefield and was lent the Scenes of Nature and Civilization (Vol. 3); accompanied Ainz on the campaign against the Lizardmen (Vol. 4)
- Went to the Baharuth Empire as an envoy with Mare (end of Vol. 7 to Vol. 9); accompanied Ainz's expedition to the Dwarf Kingdom, reining in Shalltear, who was anxious to redeem herself, and using her social skills to negotiate with the dwarf Gondo (Vol. 11); afterward led the Sorcerer Kingdom's ultra-wide-area surveillance network
- Accompanied Ainz on a "vacation" to a dark elf village (Vol. 15); while infiltrating the elven royal castle she witnessed Ainz routing the Elf King with a bluff (Vol. 16)
Trivia
The "Bukubukuchagama watch" on her wrist is a reward from Ainz; it contains recordings of her creator Bukubukuchagama's voice and calls out the time like an alarm clock (Vol. 4).
Relationships
- Bukubukuchagama: Her creator, who often sat Aura on her lap and dressed her up
- Mare Bello Fiore: Her timid, slow-witted twin brother, as his big sister she cheers on his "love"
- Shalltear Bloodfallen: Her best friend and bickering partner, whom she sees as a hopeless little sister
- Ainz Ooal Gown: Her merciful, far-sighted master
- Yuri Alpha: Their creators were friends, so they use nicknames in private and get along well (as do Pestonya and Éclair)
- Fen: One of her favorite divine beasts, a Lv78 jet-black giant wolf
- Quadracile: A six-legged divine beast of the same rank as Fenn
- Hamsuke: She rather wanted Hamsuke for herself but gave up, since her master ordered otherwise
- Iris Tyrannus Basileus: Her Lv71 magical beast, the "Rainbow Tyrant," which she brought to the Royal Capital in Vol. 14
- Gashokukochuuou: Area Guardian of the Large Hole on the 6th Floor; Aura seems to find it hard to deal with and once asked that the job of sending intruders there be given to Mare instead (Vol. 7)
