Personality
She looks like a petite girl and speaks in a peculiar, courtesan-style dialect. Proud but somewhat careless, she was given a pile of bizarre settings by her creator Peroroncino, such as necrophilia, sadism, and masochism. She is devoted to Ainz and vies with Albedo for his affection; since the brainwashing incident, she has worked constantly to make up for her failure and prove herself.

- First in the Guardians' power ranking ("strongest overall") and Nazarick's strongest NPC apart from Rubedo; in the published novels, her classes are front-line divine-magic classes
- Combines divine magic with close combat, using skills such as the MP-consuming, never-missing [Purifying Javelin], [Negative Impact Shield] for both offense and defense, and Time Reverse
- Her trump-card skill, Einherjar (Soul of a Dead Hero), creates a double with her own abilities
- Her Divine-class weapon, the Spuit Lance, heals her by absorbing part of the damage it deals; being drenched in blood triggers "Blood Frenzy"; she can cast [Gate]
History
- Created by Peroroncino (very likely his only NPC); guards the 1st to 3rd Floors, the "tomb" area (Vol. 1)
- Ordered to capture criminals versed in martial arts and magic, she split from Sebas and attacked the Death Spreading Brigade, letting Brain escape while she indulged her cruelty; she was then mentally controlled by the World Item Ruinous Beauty, wielded by Kaire of the Black Scripture (Vol. 3)
- Ainz defeated her personally after meticulous preparation and revived her for 500 million gold coins; she lost her memories of the time she was brainwashed and has carried the shadow of that failure ever since (Vol. 3)
- During "Gehenna" in the Royal Capital she only transported supplies and personnel by [Gate] (Vol. 6); after the Sorcerer Kingdom was founded, she handled security and the transport of supplies and troops (Vols. 9–14)
- Served as Ainz's personal bodyguard on the expedition to the Dwarf Kingdom, under Aura's command (Vol. 11); afterward she managed the Frost Dragon airlift network, and in Vol. 14 she had Frost Dragons airdrop Soul Eaters to massacre a city
- From the Extra Seat's memories, Ainz learned that the Slane Theocracy was behind her brainwashing and ordered preparations for a war of revenge (Vol. 16)
Trivia
Her chest is actually flat and padded out with several layers of breast pads ("fake boobs"), which Aura often mocks.
Relationships
- Peroroncino: Her creator, and possibly his only NPC; privately she thinks he is superior even to Ainz
- Ainz Ooal Gown: Her beloved lord and "the crystallization of beauty"; she fought him to the death while brainwashed
- Albedo: Her rival ("big-mouthed gorilla") for the position of queen consort, though they sometimes get along
- Aura Bella Fiora: Their settings say they do not get along, and they often bicker, but neither truly dislikes the other; Aura treats her like a hopeless little sister
- Solution Epsilon: They share sadistic tastes and get along very well
- Brain Unglaus: The swordsman she let escape in Vol. 3; after losing her memories she did not recognize him when they met again in the Royal Capital (in the Web novel he is drained and becomes her thrall)
