Albedo
アルベド
Guardian Overseer, Prime Minister of the Sorcerer KingdomGreat Tomb of NazarickHeteromorphic · Demon (Imp/Succubus)Total Lv100
Personality
Beautiful, brilliant, and extraordinarily capable, she ranks with Demiurge and Pandora's Actor as one of Nazarick's greatest minds. Because Momonga changed her settings to "in love with Momonga" before the shutdown, she loves Ainz fanatically and is intensely jealous, while deeply resenting the other Supreme Beings who left.
Abilities
- A tank-type warrior with the highest HP and defense among the Guardians (tied for third in the Guardians' power ranking; "strongest in defense"); her triple armor and a skill that transfers damage to the armor let her withstand super-tier magic three times
- Wears the Divine-class triple full-plate armor Hermes Trismegistus and wields the huge axe 3F, which gives off a sickly green light
- Holds the World Item Ginnungagap, transformed into her main weapon: unmatched against objects, but less effective against people than specialized Divine-class items
- Exceptionally skilled at internal administration; by her settings she can manage the servants of every floor of Nazarick on her own
History
- Created by Tabula Smaragdina; before the shutdown, Momonga changed the last line of her settings from "by the way, she's a slut" to "in love with Momonga," and after the transfer she became an Overseer brimming with love for Ainz (Vol. 1)
- Ran Nazarick while Ainz was away and stayed behind in the Great Tomb during the Shalltear incident; in the Treasury she saw through Pandora disguised as Tabula (Vols. 2–3)
- After the workers' invasion of Nazarick she proposed forming a special unit to search for the other Supreme Beings and appointed herself its leader, while secretly harboring hostility toward "those who abandoned them" (Vol. 7)
- After the Sorcerer Kingdom was founded she became Prime Minister and trained Elder Liches in E-Rantel to handle domestic affairs (Vols. 9–10)
- In the war that destroyed the Kingdom she went to the Royal Capital as an envoy to declare war. Once fighting began she pursued Azuth of Red Drop, then turned back to repel Riku Aganeia (the Platinum Dragon Lord's armor) and rescue Pandora. She worked with Renner to reduce the Royal Capital to ruins (Vol. 14)
- Summoned to the Frozen Prison, she knelt to apologize, believing her secret plan had been exposed; in fact she was ordered to prepare a war of retribution against the Slane Theocracy (Vol. 16)
Trivia
Her two sisters are Nigredo (the eldest), Area Guardian of the Frozen Prison on the 5th Floor, and Rubedo (the youngest), Nazarick's strongest NPC.
