Nazarick Revitalization Plan -Holy War-

ナザリック再生計画-聖戦-

World & HistoryBattles & Events

An original event in the mobile game MASS FOR THE DEAD (February 28–March 16, 2020): a few days after Nazarick's collapse, Momonga personally led an investigation team through the Abelion Hills into the Roble Holy Kingdom, which Chaos Beasts had ravaged. (mobile game)

(mobile game) Official synopsis: a few days after the collapse of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, the revitalization plan seems to be going well, but Momonga senses an unprecedented crisis ahead and makes a decision.
(mobile game) Learning that Chaos Beasts are drawn to strong forces and gatherings of people, Momonga worried that the more Nazarick recovered, the more danger it would be in; using intelligence from the subjugation of the Abelion Hills, Demiurge proposed investigating the Roble Holy Kingdom, which Chaos Beasts had ravaged and which no longer functioned as a state.
(mobile game) The team included Demiurge, Aura, Shalltear, Solution, and the protagonist's group; it was the first time Momonga went out to investigate in person, and he left Nazarick in Albedo's care.
(mobile game) The group left through underground tunnels Demiurge had dug with worm-type creatures, and on reaching the Abelion Hills were greeted by their administrator, Evil Lord Wrath.
(mobile game) On entering the Holy Kingdom, Momonga had Evil Lord Wrath stand atop the wall as bait to draw flying Chaos Beasts, then cleared out the Chaos Beasts inside the walls with the super-tier spell [Iä Shub-Niggurath].
(mobile game) The team then searched the fortress city of Kalinsha and its cathedral, defeating a large Chaos Beast and a dragon-type Chaos Beast guarding "treasure"; the ore-like remains they recovered were later identified as the husk of the "Devourer of the Nine Worlds."
(mobile game) The event had 8 chapters (unverified); it was the game's first-anniversary event in 2020, with rewards that included a first-anniversary commemorative title, and it was later rerun twice (November–December 2020 and March 2023).

Notes

It belongs to the mobile game's own timeline and is unrelated to the Holy Kingdom arc of Vols. 12–13; in this story, Chaos Beasts destroyed the Holy Kingdom, not Jaldabaoth's invasion.
