Black Scripture Skirmish

• The Black Scripture had set out with Kaire to bring the "Catastrophe Dragon Lord" under its control; Shalltear had just wiped out the hideout of the "Death Spreading Brigade" and, in her blood frenzy, had let Brain and one of the adventurers, a ranger, escape
• While chasing the escapees Shalltear ran into the Scripture, and Kaire activated the World Item "Ruinous Beauty"
• The 8th Seat of the Black Scripture, "Huge Shield, Myriad Barriers" Cedran, raised his shield to protect Kaire, but Shalltear's counterattack pierced both him and Kaire, killing him and gravely wounding her
• Shalltear was brainwashed; the 9th Seat, "Divine Chain" Beaumarchais, was killed trying to capture her
• With 2 dead and Kaire, whom they were escorting, gravely wounded, the Scripture withdrew and left Shalltear where she stood; the next morning she fought the armor remotely controlled by the Platinum Dragon Lord, and the armor withdrew
• Albedo detected Shalltear's "betrayal" and reported it to Ainz, which led to the battle between Ainz and Shalltear

Notes

Cedran and Beaumarchais were later revived by the Theocracy; Kaire later died.
