Raid on the Re-Estize Magician's Guild

王都魔術師組合への襲撃（アウラ vs ヴェスチャー）

World & HistoryBattles & Events

Vol. 14, sometime in Years 3–5 after the transfer, as the Sorcerer Kingdom took the Re-Estize capital: Aura led magical beasts into the capital (the claim that the Magician's Guild was her target is unverified); former adamantite-rank adventurer Vesture and five of his top pupils tried to stop her, and all of them died.

After Zanac's assassination and the destruction of the Kingdom's field army, the Sorcerer Kingdom's army deployed before the capital; around noon on the day of the assault, Cocytus, Aura, and Mare each set out to surround it.
The beasts Aura brought into the capital included the Rainbow Tyrant Iris Tyrannus Basileus (level 71), a Hound of the Wild Hunt (level 77), a Kirin (level 76), an Amphisbaena (level 76), a Basilisk (level 74), and an Avaricious Frog (level 58).
Vesture Kloff Di Laufen, former adamantite-rank adventurer and Gazef's teacher, confronted Aura with five top pupils as she entered the capital, and all of them were killed (the claim that this happened in front of the Magician's Guild is unverified).
Before the battle, Vesture had one of his six top pupils, a dwarf-like man, escape with the children Brain had taken in, so that his school of swordsmanship would survive.
After the capital fell, Guren was summoned there and ordered to burn everything except the royal palace.
Other sources state that Iris's roar frightened soldiers on the walls to death, and that Aura's goal was to retrieve the prototype statue of the summoning item once given to "Jaldabaoth"; when Vesture refused to step aside, she shot him through the head (unverified).
