A floor ravaged by extreme cold and snow, home to Cocytus's residence, the "Great White Sphere," and the "Frozen Prison" for captives.
- It originally had a field effect that dealt continuous cold damage and slowed movement; this was turned off after the transfer, so the floor is now merely cold; it also stores more frozen corpses than Ainz and Pandora's Actor can use up, as material for creating undead
- Great White Sphere (Snowball Earth): Cocytus's residence, shaped like an upside-down hornet's nest, with walls, ceiling, and furniture all made of ice; Lv82 Frost Virgins stand guard on the surrounding crystal pillars
- Frozen Prison: a fairy-tale two-story mansion that is colder inside than out; enemies are held here, including the Sunlight Scripture survivors
- In the "Room of Truth" beneath the prison, Neuronist Painkill, one of the Five Worst, handles interrogation and torture, assisted by torture demons
- Area Guardian Nigredo, "imprisoned" according to her settings, is also kept in the prison and specializes in investigative magic; Tabula paid out of pocket to fill her room with "rotting-flesh babies"
- Albino penguins are also said to live on this floor
