One of the Slane Theocracy's supreme treasures and the symbol of the Miko Princesses; it seals away the wearer's self and turns her into a tool that does nothing but cast ultra-high-tier magic.
- Appearance: a web of fine metal threads studded with countless small gems, with a large crystal-like gem at the center of the brow; it cannot be made under YGGDRASIL's system
- Only one person in a million is compatible, and she must be female; only the Theocracy, which keeps family registers, can find such people
- Once worn, it cannot be removed safely: taking it off causes madness, and the only way to remove it is to destroy it; the Black Scripture "sends" maddened former Miko Princesses "to the gods' side"
- With a grand ritual, the wearer can cast spells two or more tiers above her own; spells up to the 8th tier have been confirmed
- Clementine stole one from the Theocracy; in Vol. 2 Khajiit used it on Nfirea to make him cast 7th-tier magic
- In Vol. 4, the Earth Miko Princess died in an explosion caused by Ainz's offensive barrier
- The 6 Miko Princesses (fire, water, wind, earth, light, dark) each wear one, and all can use 5th-tier divine magic (Web setting); in the Web novel, the Water Miko Princess cast an 8th-tier spell using a grand ritual and [Magic Ascension]
- A grand ritual needs a core caster who can use 5th-tier spells and [Magic Ascension], plus many participants who can use 3rd-tier spells; an ordinary grand ritual can raise a spell by only two tiers
- The one Clementine stole bears a black gem, from which sources infer it was stolen from the Dark Miko Princess (Vol. 2 p. 94); in the Web novel, the Water Miko Princess's crown bears a blue gem
Notes
A note in Japanese sources: the reading "gakkan" may be a typo for the correct "gakukan." Nfirea could use it because of his talent, "can use any item."
