Vol. 14, after war broke out between the Sorcerer Kingdom and the Kingdom: the Slane Theocracy sent Quaiesse, the 5th Seat of the Black Scripture, and others into the Kingdom to persuade skilled adventurers to move to the Theocracy; the Blue Roses and the Red Drop both refused.

Members involved: the 5th Seat, Quaiesse Hazeia Quintia (in charge), plus the 10th, 11th, and 12th Seats
They summoned the Blue Roses and Azuth of the Red Drop to an inn in the capital to negotiate; both teams refused, but they succeeded in recruiting other adventurer teams
During the talks, Azuth spoke a name that apparently belonged to "that person" (presumed to be Surshana's first follower), and the two sides nearly came to blows; Quaiesse was the first to calm down, restrained the other members, and left
Quaiesse wears 10 rings in this scene, which reader analysis cites as an exceptional case of how many rings locals wear
Other sources state that before this, they had already persuaded many platinum-, mithril-, and orichalcum-rank adventurers to move to safety, and then left the Kingdom (unverified)

Notes

One claim is that the author originally intended the Blue Roses to die in Vol. 14, but the characters' own actions let them avoid that fate (unverified).
