シホウツ・トキツ
Head Chef of Nazarick, Area Guardian of the CanteenNazarick: Area Guardians & Other NPCsDemi-human (Wild Orc, orc family)Total Lv78
Personality
Fanatically devoted to his work, he grows wildly enthusiastic whenever he sees a Supreme Being. He keeps presuming to "read" Ainz's true intentions, and Ainz has to stop him again and again.
Abilities
- Practically the only all-round cook in Nazarick who can handle ingredients with buff effects (the sous-chef can only make drinks)
- Bare-chested, with "Fresh Meat!!" tattooed on his belly, wearing a pure white chef's hat and apron
- Carries a huge cleaver at his waist and a big wok strapped to his back with chains
- Presumably Nazarick's only demi-human NPC; he may have a finite lifespan
History
- Created by Amanomahitotsu (the text says "probably"); runs the 9th Floor Canteen
- Since the transfer he had been cooking in the Canteen for the Homunculus Maids and others, but had not met Ainz in a long time
- When Ainz visited the Canteen for the first time, he seized the chance to show off, "grasping" one unspoken intention of Ainz's after another, while Ainz inwardly screamed "you definitely don't get it" (Vol. 15)
- Dined at the same table as Éclair, Pestonya, and Nigredo (Vol. 16 special edition illustration)
Trivia
In the illustration at the end of Vol. 15, his apron reads "100g yen," with the price covered by several 1-yen stickers.
Relationships
- Amanomahitotsu: Presumed creator
- Clavu (Sous-chef): Presumed subordinate, who can only make drinks
- Ainz Ooal Gown: "No portion for Lord Ainz… I understand completely!"; Ainz thought "you definitely don't"
- Nigredo: Other sources say he secretly supplied baby food for the infants she and Pestonya protect, and invited her to dinner (unverified)
- Pestonya Shortcake Wanko: Shared his table in the Vol. 16 special edition illustration
- Tuareninya Veyron: In Vol. 6 it was decided that the head chef would "possibly" teach her to cook
