アベリオン丘陵の亜人たち
Races & CreaturesMajor Races
The demi-humans of the hills who appear in the Holy Kingdom arc (Vols. 12–13); Jaldabaoth united them into a coalition army that invaded the Roble Holy Kingdom.
- Bafolk: long-haired, upright goats whose strong legs let them climb walls; their long hair tangles and dulls swords that strike them; the demi-human king Buser is one.
- Zoastia: heavy cavalry with a beastman's upper body and a carnivore's lower body; even orichalcum-rank adventurers struggle against them head-on.
- Stone Eaters: they spit swallowed stones like cannonballs, with a range of about 100 m and enough force to dent iron armor; they can usually store only 3.
- Magelos: born able to use magic up to the 4th tier, with their spells appearing as tattoos on their bodies; royalty may have four arms.
- Also Pteropus, Naga Raja, Spidans (silk clothes as hard as steel), Horuner, Orthrous, iron-rat people, cave-dwellers, snake-bodied people, giant two-eyed people, and more.
- The Zern of the hills are treated as demi-humans but are actually a Heteromorphic race.
- Representative figures: the Bafolk demi-human king Buser, the Naga Raja Rokesh (main weapon: "Trident of Thirst"), the Zoastia Vijar, the Magelos Nasrene, the mutant Stone Eater Halisha (can store far more than 3 stones), and the Zern King Beebeezee (Vols. 12–13)
- Other races: Srasch (suction-cup hands and an extendable paralytic tongue; higher ones can change color), snake-bodied people (said to be related to lizardmen, with venomous snake heads), iron-rat people (apparently related to Quagoa), giant two-eyed people (two kinds of magic eyes, one of them charming), and guardian ogres (can grow or shrink at will; basically good) (Vol. 12 pp. 7–380)
- Orcs also live in the hills; Demiurge forced them into crossbreeding experiments with humans (Vol. 12 p. 357)
