Ryraryus Spenia Ai Indarun

リュラリュース・スペニア・アイ・インダルン

The Great Forest of Tob's "Demon Snake of the West" → immigration officer of the Sorcerer KingdomOther FactionsDemi-human (naga)Unknown

Personality

Quite rational: he tried to negotiate with Guu and was wary of Ainz. He can sense whether others are interested in him.

Abilities

  • Rules the western part of the Great Forest of Tob, though he knows he is weaker than Guu, the Giant of the East
  • Spell [Invisibility / Transparency]
  • Knows about the dark elves who lived in the Great Forest of Tob before the Demon Tree appeared

History

  • One of the three great powers of the Great Forest of Tob, alongside Guu, the "Giant of the East," and Hamsuke, the "Wise King of the Forest"
  • Wary of the "Building of Destruction," he teamed up with Guu to raise expendable troops (Vol. 8)
  • When Ainz appeared, he tried to slip away invisibly but was caught by Aura; Ainz spared him, judging that he had good sense. He was then ordered to lead his minions in an attack on Carne Village to test its defenses (unverified)
  • From then on he was loyal to Ainz; in Vol. 12 he served as an immigration officer in E-Rantel and briefed the Holy Kingdom's delegation

Trivia

He has one troll subordinate. He and the Sorcerer Kingdom's "Lady Widow" are tea companions who lament together how frightening the Sorcerer King is (readers surmise she is one of Olasird'arc's former consorts).

Relationships

  • Ainz Ooal Gown: The master who terrifies him: a fearsome being who showed no interest whatsoever in Guu or him
  • Aura Bella Fiora: She saw through his invisibility and caught himunverified
  • Hamsuke: Another of the Great Forest of Tob's three great powers (the Wise King of the Forest in the south)
  • Agu: His tribe was driven into exile when the Giant of the East and Ryraryus conscripted troops
