Increment

Personality

A book lover who stays out of the maids' cliques and habitually eats quietly while reading. Decrement, made by the same creator, often clings to her back while she reads.

Abilities

• Like the other Homunculus Maids, she is only a Lv1 Homunculus; though Heteromorphic, she would win a fight against a Lv1 human only about 60% of the time
• Her maid outfit is high-grade equipment, with defense roughly equal to a full suit of mithril plate armor
• Reportedly wears a Ring of Sustenance lent by Ainz, which removes the need to eat and sleep (Vol. 10 p. 15 has the phrase "borrowed from Lord Ainz"); whether every Homunculus Maid wears one is unknown
• Her racial penalty is "increased food consumption," so she eats a lot

History

• Created by Herohero, the same Supreme Being who made Solution and Decrement
• First appeared, described as a bookworm (Vol. 8); in the same volume she served as "Lord Ainz duty maid" (per the Homunculus Maids page)
• Appeared at the start of anime season 3 episode 4, with a brown bob

Trivia

A maid's name tells you her creator: French names come from Coup De Grâce, number-based names from Whitebrim, and computer-term names from Herohero, and "Increment" is one of the last. (The naming pattern was confirmed in the spin-off manga Overlord: The Undead Oh!, Vol. 15, chapter 87.)
