Homunculus Maid (one of 41); "Lord Ainz duty maid" in Vol. 10Nazarick: Homunculus MaidsHomunculus (heteromorphic)Total Lv1

Personality

Like the other Homunculus Maids, she is almost fanatically loyal to Ainz and meticulous on duty. The books give no specific description of her appearance or personality.

Abilities

Like the other Homunculus Maids, she is only a Lv1 Homunculus. Though heteromorphic, she would win a fight against a Lv1 human only about 60% of the time
Her maid outfit is high-grade equipment with defense roughly equal to full mithril plate armor
She reportedly wears a Ring of Sustenance lent by Ainz, which removes the need to eat and sleep (Vol. 10 p. 15 has the phrase "borrowed from Lord Ainz"). Whether every Homunculus Maid wears one is unknown
Her racial penalty is "increased food consumption," so she eats a lot

History

Her name derives from the number 4. Overlord: The Undead Oh! chapter 87 established that the number-named maids are Whitebrim's, so she was presumably created by Whitebrim
Served as "Lord Ainz duty maid" in E-Rantel, sitting bolt upright in a chair all night and never taking her eyes off Ainz lying in bed (Vol. 10)
At dawn she thanked Ainz for lending her a Ring of Sustenance so she could serve without rest, then handed over to Fith
