The innermost heart of Nazarick, home to the Throne Room, the final defense chamber "Lemegeton," the Grand Library, and more.
- Throne Room: the most elaborately crafted room, its doors carved with goddesses and demons; the 41 members' banners hang there, and the World Item "Throne of Kings" stands at the far end; not even the Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown can teleport its wearer directly inside
- Nazarick's management system, "Master Source," could be viewed anywhere in the game, but since the transfer it can only be viewed in the Throne Room; Albedo lived here until she was given a room on the 9th Floor, and she hides her personal belongings three stories up the wall
- Lemegeton (the Lesser Key of Solomon): a hemispherical domed hall in front of the Throne Room that serves as the final defense chamber; Luci★Fer's demon-statue golems, made of ultra-rare metal, number only 67 (he got bored halfway through); four-colored crystals summon greater elementals and unleash wide-area magic, enough to crush two Lv100 parties
- Grand Library "Ashurbanipal": divided into the "Room of Wisdom," "Room of Magic," "Room of Logic," a crafting room, and more; staffed by chief librarian Titus and several Overlords (Aurelius, Elius, etc.)
- The Pleiades and Sebas were originally stationed in the hall at the bottom of the staircase from the 9th to the 10th Floor
- After the Sorcerer Kingdom was founded, an empty room was converted into an audience chamber with the national flag and a black-and-gold throne, so that the Throne of Kings would not be casually shown to outsiders
