Dominic Ihre Partouche

Personality

Outwardly a gentle old man, yet his anger is like wildfire and his killing intent like frost.

Abilities

• Cardinal of Wind: leads the sect of the God of Wind
• Came from the Sunlight Scripture (whose members must be able to use 3rd-tier divine magic)

History

• Cardinal of Wind of the Slane Theocracy, formerly a holy warrior of the Sunlight Scripture
• Attended the Supreme Executive Council's meetings in Vol. 10 and Vol. 15

Trivia

The Cardinal of Wind came from the Sunlight Scripture. The God of Wind's color is green, and the god's name is Kikotenshi Nekonyan. Another account notes that it is unusual for a Cardinal of Wind to come from the Sunlight Scripture, which corresponds to the light attribute (unverified).
